There's always an open chair for the women served by The Cottage. Their work on the mobile unit providing free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds, offering housing to new moms in unsafe situations and helping them to secure resources and training for life + parenting resonated with my whole being. It certainly didn't hurt that my BFF is the Executive Director either! Being arm-in-arm with this organization is life-changing.
